Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Pure Ithmed Kohl. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product’s purchase price.

Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with Pure Ithmed Kohl.

Only products that have not been used and are still in their original shape when purchased and shipped and free of any damages, will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Any products that arrives after the 30 day period are not eligible for a return and will be not refundable, Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed.
Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Pure ithmed kohl will cover any additional postage costs incurred.
